hi wish you could help me.

U is 4, I is 5, O is 6, P is *, and so on.

please help i cant use my laptop because of that problem.

You have a function locked. Look to see what color indicator is on those particular keys, and look for the function key that has the same color. Press and hold that key for abut 5 seconds. It should turn off that "sticky key"!
