Acer V3-331 stuck on start up screen

Hello,


My acer V3-331 is stuck on the first start up screen with the "acer explore beyond limits" text. Bios still works, but that's not much of a help, nothing helps in getting past the screen! Does anyone here have any idea of what could be wrong and how could one go about fixing the issue?

This usually happens when the hard drive fails. When in the BIOS does it recognise the hard drive at all?
