Dell N5050 blank screen after the window's 4boxes logo

hi please can you help me with my dell it's turning on and I then get a blank screen after the window's 4boxes logo it's loading any further for me too access the main screen I have a password to put in usually but it's not even reaching that bit... what do I need to do with it..tyia Vicky

Dell computers have hardware diagnostics that can be started with the F11 key. I suggest you run them to see if you have a broken hard disk or memory problem.
