Win 10 troubles

Hello,
I am having problems with my win 10 start meni and desktop. Know that with one program I changed start meni to win 7 start meni, then I deleted it all. Regarding my desktop the icons just dissapeared, then I found them in my File Explorer. My original license just went corrupt.. Please help. Thank you in advance.
