Hello,
i have recently purchased a new cpu, when i installed the cpu it was telling me there was no signal to the monitor which i was very confused about, so i tried everything which was suggested, i did the process of elimination and it turned out to be the cpu as when i installed the old cpu i got signal to the monitor, i was so confused. so i was wondering what else i could do?

probably the CPU is not compatible with your motherboard/BIOS. Did you confirm that the BIOS does not need to be updated to run the new CPU?
