Cpu power on but no signal in monitor

Cpu power on but shows no signal in monitor. All fans work, all light blinks except for main power light keyboard on mouse on.
When I removed and cleaned ram and cmos, it starts good. With all lights blinking.
Again if switched off it shows no signal with all lights on except the power light.. Rest mouse and keyboard light.
Plz help

Is this a desktop? Have you checked the video cord? do you have another device to test with? Can you have your buddy bring his monitor over and see if it works? Can you get to the NATIVE OSD (on screen display) of the monitor? Push the menu button on the monitor; does is display anything?

Yes it is dekstop..
Yes bro I have checked video cord it is fine..

osd is fine h position 50 vertical position 5o osd time out 30

Well, if the OSD shows up, then monitor is good. Sounds like it is your CPU that is bad. Just to be certain, try a friends monitor on your CPU and see if it does the same thing!

Hello,
I am trying to connect my laptop to a monitor. The monitor worked fine with a pc when I last used it, a while ago. I have recently used the same laptop with another monitor, and that worked fine. But those two together... the best I managed was to get the monitor to show me the laptop's desktop for 2 seconds before going back to safe mode. Any idea what's going on??

MY CPU and my desktop we're working earlier today.. The problem I have is that, after I had moved my cpu to another room due to the lack of space we had in the previous room... My cpu's desktop just says d-sub no signal while everything else is working perfectfly... Please help I really need my cpu and with all these problems im having im unable o complete some assignments
Any help will be muc appreciated

Yesterday, I was thinking of upgrading my RAM. I bought 512 MB SD RAM, but when I opened my CPU I realized that I am not sure if my machine has SD RAM in it. So, I didn't put the new RAM. I then tried to switch on the machine to run some utility for checking my RAM type.

Unfortunately, when I switched on my machine, my display didn't come up. Now, I am having no clue what went wrong as everything looks fine but there is no display.

When I disconnected my monitor from the CPU, I get a test message as no signal. My monitor looks fine. Please help in sorting the issue out.

Hello,
My old graphics card I'm pretty sure died on me because it said No Input signal and when I turned on the computer The light turns on and I opened it up all the fans are running. I just took my RAM out and switched them and I haven't heard any beeping or anything The CD-ROM opens when I press the button and have tried like 5 different D-sub cables and a DVI to D-Sub adapter. I took all the cords out of my Monitor and computer and took out all the cords and cleaned them with air and then plugged in the Power cord and DVI to the monitor and computer and still nothing works.
