Wifi ip address does not match

I had a restore on my hp 650 laptop and now I get limited on my wifi and I troubleshoot and say ip address does not match and I tried some of the forum and nothing help.

Try to delete all of your networks, then re-install them!

Hello, I just got my ps3 back and I have set everything up the way I think it says to but my ps3 won't obtain the IP address. It says "the key information exchange timed out" and won't go any further than that. I don't know if I should use the IP server and if I should then what do I put in? Hello,
I have bought a new laptop running windows Vista Premium and it will not see my HP LaserJet 1200 printer (USB connected). I have tried to get the drivers from the net but there is some kind of security on this system that prevents me from using the online Robot so it can search for the printer and find the correct driver. I have lost my Installation CD. Can't find it. I have had this printer for some years now. How can I get the correct drivers and how can I disable Vista security about activex controls etc...

When I first bought this printer, I did not use USB wires to connect it,..it was a printer cable.
tks for helping me as HP does not answer ...
