Cannot access facebook on my laptop

Hi, I need help It has been 1days now since I wasn't able to access my facebook on my laptop and it is so frustrating! Facebook doesn't load while the other websites are working fine! (NOTE: it is only happening on my laptop at home, I can access my facebook on other connection)It keeps on saying "Webpage Not Available" I tried everything but still nothing hapeens
PS: My laptop is Windows 8.1, I am using Google Chrome,
