Once you have gained access, then administer the changes on your account. to include an alternate email, 2 security questions, and your new mobile phone!

I really suggest writing them down. Unless you have alot of people using your personal computer, nothing is wrong with having a username and password written down, and placed on bottom of keyboard. Just don't tell anyone! Alsa, don't write what service they are for, so in other words, you password sheet will say something like:
thisisMyId !hereismypasword
Do not put:
Faceboo: thisisMyId
or;
thisisMyId@gmail.com !hereismypassword!
Once again, if you do not have alot of traffic, this is safe, as physical security is number 1.
