Characters typing incorrectly

Hello,

Windows 10

I type characters and what I type isn't correct. "w" becomes a , "d" becomes an e, I changed to [t. I have changed the toggle keys, language keys, restored computer, ECT.... Nothing seems to work. Help, please.....
