I have an HP laptop, the power button is on, wireless indicator is on, on key f12, the fan is working, but the laptop is not booting. I have tried hard booting and used external screen but the problem still remains. How will I resolve this problem. Thank you all.

Hi c4real,

Could you tell me if you hear some strange noises coming from the PC? Is there a beeping sound? If you cannot see anything on the screen, there may be a power issue or a hardware problem. I would recommend you to disconnect battery and power cable and hold the power button for 20 seconds. Reconnect the power button and try to boot. Please confirm that the cooling fans are clean and no dust is blocking their normal functionality.
If the PC is under warranty, I strongly recommend you to firstly call the seller and ask for guidance.

Hope this helps
