SSD doesn't show me that is connected

Hello,
so I bought a new ssd and I have a hdd connected as well but it doesn't show me that is connected,however when I go to the bios it shows that it's connected
what should I do? (i formated it when i installed windows 10)

NOt all SSD are compatible with all motherboard types. Have you verified your hardware is certified (or the SSD is certified for your motherboard?)

Also, just thought about this, is your hardware SATA3?
