Laptop system is not responding

Hello,
My laptop system is not responding after pressing the power button and power button is good what should I do to shut down my pc if any button is not responding
Battery is also non removable

Sorry it's impossible to diagnose your problem with-out physical access to the hardware. I suggest you have a local PC repair shop examine it.
