Hard disk drive not detected

Hello,

i am using dell optiplex 3010. yesterday i on the desktop the not boot the the system. on screen the hard drive not detected that is solution for this

you will need to replace the hard drive and reinstall Windows. It may be possible to buy a hard disk from Dell that has Windows ready to install.

Hi Magesh,

You may be facing a connectivity issue or a hard drive problem. Please open the BIOS menu and check if the hard drive is recognized. If it is missing, open the PC case and change the HDD cables. If the drive keeps missing, test it on another PC. If it is still not recognized, you may need to replace the drive.
If your PC is under warranty, call the seller before starting the troubleshooting.
