Hi sir my laptop is nt starting.. but power light is in blue means on condition but no working of de laptop.. wen I press power button for few seconds it ll goes off... n I removed battery plugged the power cable.. den wen I restore battery n power cable.... again de power light ll blink in blue color instead of battery light.. can u give solution
