Hardware problem or fails to connect to device hardware

My i have dell latitude e6500,when i press the power button it start's and appears dell logo and it show windows boot manager and advice to select the system repair, but after slecting that it load files and displays an error occurred when connecting to devices.please help me

At this point there is nothing that a home user can do. I suggest you return it to Dell for servicing/repair.
