Hi Deepaktak,
Like kerryvietor said, try the drive with another USB cable. This sounds like a connectivity issue. Please open Disk Management and check if the drive has a correct file format. It is a bad sign that the drive is not working even on another PC. If changing the cable does not work, I would recommend you to contact the seller and request a drive replacement.
