Ssysie, Good morning.
You can create a little table and use a VLOOKUP function.
Scenario:
.........D....|......E..........
1.......A....|....Remark 1
2.......B....|....Remark 2
3.......C....|....Remark 3
4.......D....|....Remark 4
5.......E....|....Remark 5
A1 --> GRADE --> B
B1 --> =VLOOKUP( A1, D1:E5, 2, FALSE )
B1 --> Remark 2
