Help, cannot access my account

Hello,
I live in Colombia, South America. I cannot enter my phone number because it has too many numbers. I forgot my password and user I.D. You sent me a code "GFJXSZBV". I cannot get a phone number for you that works. I got 1 number but it is garbled. I need my account user name and password so I can change my bank so I can receive my Social Security.
