Hello Bangers69,
Have you tried booting in BIOS? Please, restart your PC and while it's initializing, press the respective F key to enter the BIOS settings. Under the Boot menu check if the SSD is the first boot device in the boot priority options. If it's listed, then you have to manually set it as a first boot device.
