Bought computer from someone don't have password or disk

I bought a HP Pavilion all in one 2013 from yard sale when I turn it on it goes straight to a screen which needs password . Don't know the password and don't have the reset disk to restore factory settings to change the password to a new one so I can access the internet . How do I restore it to factory settings without the password or disk ? Can't find the person I bought it from because it was a road side yard sale .

We are terribly sorry but CCM cannot help you to recover your lost password, because you can’t prove that you are the legitimate owner. . Everyday computers are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.
