Can't gain access Outlook.com account

Hello, Good day, for the last week I have been trying to access my account, due to the large amount of passwords I have and the fact I hadn´t used my account for some time I had forgotten my password. I have tried to recuperate my account following the questions in the microsoft form, however, it does not accept my request. Can someone help me or suggest another approach, it is important, all my stuff is in the account. thank you Matthew

You said that Outlook.com does not accept your request. Can you explain further?

yes, when I fill in the form it asks me for various details, all of which I fill in, however, there is a part where it asks me to write down the last couple of email address I had written to and its title. Unfortunately I can´t remember exactly who I wrote to and when, so I write down the email addresses I can remember... frustratingly this does not seem to be enough ....

When you created the account did you register an alternate email address to which you have accessed?

Have you tried to send an email to yourself, wait 1 hour and see if it bounces back
