Pleas my desktop computer has refused to boot but powers on and displays a black screen with some writeup saying window has refused to boot because some items are not found or corrupt (windows, operating system, ect) please what do i do

it's possible that the hard disk has failed. I suggest you have a local PC repair shop diagnose the problem.
