Hai my name is Amith,
My computer (desktop) not starting. When i powered on press the power button a yellow light comes if i leave the power button light goes off. Before 2 or 3 days when i press the power button a yellow light comes and just a second red light comes and start blinking . Now no red light only a yellow colour but it will last when i leave the power button. Need help immediately .

It sounds like the motherboard is bad. :(
If it didn't flash colors, I would call it a bad (P)ower (S)upply (PS). but since it done't beep, and only flashies lights, it is 99.99% the (M)other(B)oard (MB).
If you know how to take the RAM out [(E)lectromagnetic (S)ensitive (D)evice PRECAUTIONS], then take out the RAM and see if it boots. If it doesn't beep, the MB is bad.
IF it beeps, then put one stick back in. Keep trying. If it does the same thing with the RAM fully in, the MB is bad (possilby short in the RAM slot).

Now it beeps and in red colour blinks no fans working.
