Hello,

1. You must first verify the validity of recipient address.
2. Then, verify properly that the receiving server is configured to receive messages in a correct way.
3. You may also have to reduce the number of recipients in the header of the message for the host from which you are receiving this Non-Delivery Report.
4. But if you resend the message, the message is queued again. Whenever the receiving server is online, the message is delivered.
