Query seagate HDD

Hello i brought a seagate hard drive today when i check in the store it pops up in a sec but when i actually come home and check it dosent show anythng on my computer... when i check disk management its showing unsupported disk write protected and not initialised disk, unallocated device..... i would be very much appreciated if some can solved this soon thanks.....
