Can't access my yahoo mail

Hello,
I've traveled to another country and I don't have my old number ....
When I tried to access my yahoo mail they said they would send me a text message to my old number to notify me ......
What should I do .... I really need that account

When you created the account, did you register a secret question which you remember?
