Cant access my account change country

Hello,
I have moved to thailand and no longer have a valid phone number on verification system so i cannot get into my account ...when i try it sends a text to this now invalid number , there is no other method to get me in it just keeps repeating this message

When you created the account, did you register a secret question which you remember?
