It is a 10 inch netbook, they are less than $100 US all day long. Take it back if you have had it less than 30 days. If you have had the device for about a year, that is about the life span of one of those devices. In the future, I encourage you to purchase a real laptop, and don't try to get away with a netbook if you wish to continue to use the same machine for more than 18 months! Please post back, if we have missed something!
