Bios missing hard drive failier

Hello,I am haveing a problem with bios when i go into my cmos setup ther is a number of settings that i can change one of the menus is ADVANCED CMO SETUP If you do not know about the bios the dont worry about this
questtion. For those who know alot about the bios help me out. When i open the ADVANCED CMOS SETUP
it displays VIEW DMI EVENT LOG. If i am able to get this back i will be able to fix my computer thanks.

In my cmos setup there is a number of settings that you can change like ide's and othe bios settings. When i go into my anvanced cmos set up it diplays view dmi event log how can i get that back.
