Could you give us some more details about the problem? Right now the laptops cannot recognize the external drive or they cannot read their operating systems? If the drive is not recognized, please open Disk Management and check if the drive is recognized with correct file format and drive letter. If the drive is not recognized, try again with different USB cable. Do you have important data stored on the drive? If the drive is under warranty, I suggest you contact the manufacturer’s support.
