Hi Katswiri,
You have done pretty good job trying to solve the issue. Have you tried with another power cable? It is highly possible that there is a hardware issue with the laptop. Do you have some warranty left? If so, contact the seller. The PC should be opened and tested. There may be a power port or a motherboard issue. The good news is that sometimes those kinds of failures are repairable.
