Hi Muzu,
Are you able to press any button when you see the Acer logo? Is it possible to access the BIOS menu?
If it is, check if the hard drive is correctly recognized. If you see the manufacturer’s logo, but no screen after that, maybe the PC is trying to boot, but is not able to do so, because of a hard drive issue. Please check if it will be possible to boot from a Windows installation drive. If it is, select the Repair option. It may fix startup errors without harming your data.
If you cannot access the BIOS menu, there may be a hardware issue or a BIOS problem. If the PC is under warranty, contact the seller. If warranty has expired, call the manufacturer’s support and ask for guidance. There may be a laptop specific procedure that you should follow in order to resolve similar problems.
