Computer Build not working

Hello,

I assembled my computer however the monitor says no signal. I have tried multiple monitors and no luck. The motherboard is lighting up, the cpu heatsink is running, and the psu's fan is running as well as case fans. Not sure if it is a bad RAM stick or bad cpu or if someting entirely different. Please help.

Motherboard: MSI B150 Gaming M3
RAM: Ballistix 4GB DDR4
CPU: Intel i3 6100 with stock heatsink
SSHD: Seagate 500 GB SSHD with 8GB cache
PSU: 650 W 80 plus Platinum EVGA psu
