Hello saif,
How did you format the USB flash – through the Windows operating system or via a third party software? Have you tried to format the pendrive using the DISKPART command line? If not, you can try these steps, each followed by Enter:
1. Open the Command prompt
2. Type DISKPART
3. After that LIST DISK
4. When you see the pendrive and recognized its capacity, enter SELECT DISK X /the letter varies in every PC, it shouldbe the one given by the PC tu your pen drive/
5. When it says that the USB is now the selected drive, type the command FORMAT FS=NTFS or FS=FAT32 depending on the capacity size that your USB flash has
Let me know if that helped you. Cheers.
