Black screen after installing Windows 8.1

Hi
I have an problem on my asus x552c that black screen is appear with pointer
I install Windows 8.1 pro while previous I already upgraded to windows 10 pro plz help me there is no option to safe mode or bios setup by pressing del I try using bootable pen drive also plz help me fast

Try to reboot your PC in safe mode with CMD prompt and delete fntcache.dat file; may be it is creating an error. Now restart your PC and try again, if it doesn’t work, then probable your hard drive is having some issues. Consult with professionals. Hope that works.
