Laptop turned to dim

Hello,
My Dell laptop was working fine but a minutes ago it turned dim. I can see what's in the screen but it's so hard to read. Every time I start my laptop, it shows the Dell Logo, then Turn to Dim again. please help.

This seems to be an issue with your back lights or inverter, I suggest you take it to your repair shop.
