Hi Pavan Kumar Dappili,
If your laptop has a removable battery, remove it and disconnect the power cable. Hold the power button for 20 seconds and then reconnect the power cable. Turn on the laptop. Any changes?
If no, then you should test the PC with another power cable. Sometimes cables fail unexpectedly, but getting a new one should fix the problem.
