Can't download any software from the internet

Hello, i have a sony vaio laptop with vista, i want to download AVAST but can't download any software from the internet at all, the pc just restarts everytime i press Run or Save. i have uninstalled all the antivirus softwares that could be blockin it, but nothing works. any suggestions please.....

Hello Betty, It may be due to the kind of connection LAN is offering to u. do u pay for the connections, if yes I have a better way for connecting u

Your PC is surely infected by a virus of malware , try to update your Antivirus and check out for any infections.

Lets make it a 50-50 game if u tell me how u got u computer connected i will tell you the problem you are encountering and i hope your connection is free

i was connected through LAN.
