Hello,

It is an old Dell laptop with windows 8.1. I haven't used it for a while and unfortunately I forgot the login password. I did get a windows installation dvd at home but i am afraid the data will be erased. Please suggest a secure way. thanks

We are terribly sorry but CCM cannot help you to recover your lost password, because you can’t prove that you are the legitimate owner. . Everyday computers are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.
