Lenovo laptop will not power-up

Hello,

I tried hard boot for my lenovo laptop. It failed! When its switched on, green light appears on power button for few seconds and turns off. No sign of fan working. Pls advise.

If it turns on then turns off, you need to take it to a technician, as there is nothing a user can do to fix that!
