My Laptop isn't turning on

Hello,
I have a Toshiba Satellite S55-A5294 and lately it turned off on me and won't charge. I got it working but now everytime I turn it on, it stays off but the LED lights are on. I tried the hard reset but it still does the same thing. Please help, I would love for my Laptop to be back on soon.

i think you should call tactical support they might fix it
