Please sir I can't access my yahoo account

I used removed by moderator@sender.com as my alternative email and always if I try to recover, yahoo sends the recovery code to that alternative email. The problem is, how can i get access to that recovery email "removed by moderator@sender.com" to retrieve the yahoo recovery code?

Hello

If you can't access your alternate recovery email it is impossible to recover your account.

I have never heard to sender.com, do you have an account with sender.com ?
