Light Flash and then off

Hello,
I watched a movie with my baby and I went out to prepare a food of my baby and I went back and I saw laptop doesn't display it's screen,and I knew my battery was battery either died, I tried to unplugged a power supply from the outlet and the plug in and press power button and it's don't work, then I put the battery and then I press the power button it flash the light and then off ....any tips?
please I need some help..

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.

I will replug the cable only and what about the battery??
