Hi DG,
Do you get this message immediately after you turn on the PC? You may see this because BIOS has been locked for some reason. Sometimes typing the wrong BIOS password may lead to this. I strongly recommend you to contact the laptop manufacturer’s support center and follow the instructions. I believe they have a step by step guide how to resolve similar issues.
