Fb cancelled one of my accounts

Hello,
I had 2 accounts (1 w/ maiden name & 1 w/ married name) then fb cancelled one of my accounts. Why can't I have both accounts since I have different friends on each account. If I use different emails to reference each account?

Because that's the rule! One account per person.
