Pen drive as a hardisk

Hello,
i hav a pentium 2 processer pc.But its hardisk is damaged.I hav searchd a lot to find a 10gb hardisk but i didnt.I want to knw wheather i can use a pendrive instead of hardisk

Am sorry to tell you that your BIOS is too old to support a USB pen drive as a primary disk
