My email access is denied every afternoon

Hello,
Noone is using my email account but me. I get a message saying that there has been suspicious activity on my account. You send me a verification code but I need to be able to access my email to get it but I can't get into it. How stupid is that????????????? I am unemployed and I need to get into my email at any time. Please fix this. I'm tired of being denied my email access.
