Laptop windows failed to start

Hello,

I have hp, windows 7, am doing my project and suddenly my laptop just closed, I try to restart but it show black screen, and it's show windows failed to start, I don't have windows installation disc, I really want to open my laptop but it doesn't work I try f8 f9 and f10 but that keys also don't work, please help me to restart my laptop please.

I suggest that you reset your laptop to factory setting, mind you, if you do, all of your data will be lost.
