I cannot access my email

Hello,

Sir i forgot my pasword and i got no more that telephone number witch they ask..how can i acces my email?

Hello

Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.

I do have an alternative recovery email address and phone number. The problem is that I can not ENTER my yahoo email to get to the process of puttung in that info.

Correct, you should have registered that info when you created the account. To enter the info you must gain access to your account, to gain access to the account you must have a password, to get a password reset code, you must have a recovery email registered to your account.

Sound like a vicious circle doesn't it, well it is.
